Sports Centre

The Premadasa Sports Center is one of the few sports facilites offered to the general public in the Nugegoda area. Located in a surprisingly quiet and residential area based just a few minutes from the city center, this this location offers a range of sports services.

SWIMMING 

Annual & 03 month Memberships are available for the swimming pool (please refer "Rates"). Members are allowed access to the pool from 6am to 8pm on all days (including holidays). It is requested that all guests of membership pay LKR 200.00 per visit, and do not come for swimming without the presence of a member.

Swimming lessons at the Premadasa Sports Center are organised and conducted by Rainbow Swimming Academy (www.bollingswim.com). There are 02 swimming pools at the location: Large (06 feet) and Small (03 feet) depth.

Swimming lessons are held under the following categories:

- Toddler   - CIW   - 15meter   - Level 01 - Level 02 - Level 03  - Level 04  

- Level 05  - Adult

The youngest age taken under the Toddlers Category is 3 1/2 years

- All swimmers are requested to wear appropriate swimming attire when getting into and swimming

- All swimmers are requested to wear appropriate swimming attire when getting into and swimming

- All swimmers with long hair are requested to wear a swimming cap

- all swimmers are requested to have a shower before entering the pool

- All swimmers are requested not to wear long earrings and jewellery when swimming

- It is requested that no liquor is consumer in the pool & swimmers are not intoxicated

- Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty

- All swimmers are expected to behave with consideration to all others using the pool

BIRTHDAY PARTIES 

The Premadasa Sports Center offers the opportunity to host birthday parties, get togethers and informal gatherings at its premises. Childrens' parties are extremely popular with horse riding and the toddlers pool made available for party guests. The garden area and the Stables Restaurant area is made available for the gatherings, with a pre-designed menu arranged. (Please refer "Rates")

We also make arrangements for extras such as bouncer hires, magic shows, candy floss, pony rides, balloons, party mascots (cartoon characters), face painting, carnival games, DJ etc.
